How are order processed?

Orders are processed using safe and secure PayPal per our Terms of Sale. Just click on the item you would like to purchase and PayPal will walk you through the encrypted checkout process. You do not have to have a PayPal account for checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard via PayPal. If you do have a PayPal account, payment can be sent directly from your account.

How fast will I receive my order?

You should typically receive your order within 2-5 business days.

Do you ship international?

At this time we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us if you would like to see our products in your country.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has already been placed?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since we try to turnaround your order in a timely manner, it might be difficult to catch the changes before your items are shipped. If you have a change, please contact info@huxfit.com, and we’ll see if we can help. If your order has already shipped, we’ll send you instructions on how to return it.

Which size shirt type should I order?

Spreadshirt provides the measurements for most of the garments on our site. huxfit fulfilled fashion t-shirts are slimmer cut and softer fabric than the standard athletic t-shirt through Spreadshirt.

Will my shirt shrink?

Small amount of shrinkage to 100% cotton items is to be expected. However, following the wash instructions on the garment tag will prevent most shrinkage and color changes.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and take great pride in the quality of all huxfit products. See our Terms of Sale if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your purchase in unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping). We do not accept returns on huxfit items after 30 days.

Please note: We do not accept returns on custom, made-to-order, embroidered, worn or damaged items. 

How do I return items?

If you need to return an order, simply email info@huxfit.com and request an item return form. Please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error by huxfit.
